Paradiso is FABULOUS!! After a massive 2-year renovation from top to bottom (2019), this villa is a gorgeous, luxurious contemporary masterpiece... a newly polished diamond shining very brightly in the lush hills of Oyster Pond Estates! This huge 6-bedroom, 6.5 bath, fully air-conditioned villa offers stunning views of Dawn Beach, the Oyster Pond Marina, and the turquoise ocean beyond!

The villa is completely ensconced in security walls and has a gated entrance to your secured parking area. It is built on 3 levels: The top level is a separate, very cool 1-bedroom cottage, completely equipped with its own living room and kitchen. From the cottage entrance you walk down a few steps to the mid-level and through an impressive set of double doors and enter into a stunningly beautiful living, dining and open concept kitchen with white, glass, and silver décor throughout... a truly amazing contrast to the many shades of blues emanating from the ocean below.
The entire view side of the villa offers glass sliding doors that open to an expansive terrace, much of which is covered, and out to the pool (with outdoor fireplace), Jacuzzi, and BBQ area. On this level are also 2 elegant master bedrooms. From the terrace is an open-air stairway that leads down to the lower level of the structure. There you will discover 3 more master suites and a small but well-equipped gym and weight room.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is a chef's dream with high end appliances, quartz countertops and sleek modern cabinetry. The master bedrooms and ensuite baths are breathtaking. All of the bedrooms from both levels of the main house enjoy wonderful views and also have their own ensuite baths. All bedrooms have a television, Avov, as well as a PlayStation.
The secluded Dawn Beach is a short trip down the hill and is a prime spot for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. There is a charming restaurant on the beach if you want to rent beach chairs and umbrellas and have drink and food service. Or, you can spend your days enjoying day sails to nearby islands, scuba diving, boating, fishing, shopping, casinos, and the best dining in the Caribbean. The villa is located near Philipsburg (Dutch side capital) and is only a short drive to Marigot (French side capital), or famous Orient Beach!

It is an unfortunate shame that this once beautiful villa has succumbed to the natural forces of the salty sea air and the wear and tear of many previous guests. Please note that had you inquired with our company I would have told you this without hesitation as we believe honesty truly is the best policy. We inspect as many villas as possible and although we are contracted to promote all of them we still make recommendations based on our onsite inspections. I have forwarded your review to the manager of Paradiso who will in turn inform the owner. Hopefully something will be done to restore this villa to its potentially grand state.
