This fabulous new contemporary luxury apartment is located on the 8th floor at the new Blue Residence in Cupecoy, the "Gold Coast" of St Maarten, and offers spectacular views and top quality throughout.

This spacious, fully air-conditioned 2-bedroom unit with luxurious ensuite bathrooms occupies 2 floors and enjoys impressive 180-degree views stretching from the ocean and Baie Longue beach over Porto Cupecoy and all the way across Simpson Bay lagoon. It is a wonderful experience to have a cocktail on the terrace and watch the light of Marigot start to twinkle as the sun sets... simply breathtaking!

The first floor houses a spacious living / dining area and open plan, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace running the length of the apartment with seating and dining area. The second bedroom and ensuite bathroom are also situated on this floor.

Upstairs is the beautiful master bedroom and bathroom with a large shower and a tub with a view of the water and sky. Opening from the bedroom is a second large terrace with a Jacuzzi and hammock perfect for gazing at the stars. Both bedrooms have king beds.

The Blue Residence is one of St Martens' latest luxury complexes in the Cupecoy area. Situated on the southwestern edge of Simpson Bay Lagoon; right across the street from beautiful Cupecoy beach and the Porto Cupecoy Marina Complex, you'll have the convenience of walking to shops, restaurants, and a gourmet grocery store. You can arrange to pick up your car at the airport or even have it delivered to your villa for free if you reservation includes a transfer.
