Description

Royal Palm 101 is a spacious ground floor corner unit located at the western end of the resort. It offers 2 separate private terraces from which guests can enjoy a veritable parade of super yachts and sailing vessels as they come in and out of Simpson Bay Lagoon while passing under the famous draw bridge in Simpson Bay. Sit back with a cocktail and marvel at the vessels as they float by. It is quite entertaining!

This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo opens up to the beach and the pool area and has beautiful unobstructed ocean and sunset views... Great for kids as well as a group of adults! Each of the bedrooms has a king bed, a new ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a modern, and well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a full living and dining room also with beach and ocean views.

The resort includes an onsite pool with swim up bar, restaurant, gym, and small grocery and trinket shop. The Royal Palm Beach Club in Simpson Bay, Dutch St. Maarten is situated on the ocean a few steps away from a beautiful stretch of sandy beach and is next door to the new and very hip Roxxy Beach.

Enjoy spectacular views of the sea and sunset from your fully air-conditioned, modern equipped apartment. Ideally located for shopping, restaurants, and casino's, Royal Palm is the ultimate. Walk to many restaurants, bars, and some shopping.
