Description
The villa, a gentle 5 min walk from the village square, is set at 800 feet and offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the Troodos Mountains. The ground floor consists of two double bedrooms, each with patio doors, and a large family bathroom. Upstairs offers a fully fitted kitchen, dining area with table and six chairs, and sitting area with two comfortable sofas and a large armchair, a large coffee table and other furniture. There is a flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio and CD player. Accessed via a patio door from the lounge is a large balcony with a good sized table, 4 comfortable chairs, electric awning and exterior light.

The patio door from the lounge means that the stunning view can be enjoyed both inside and out.
The TV has free satellite (BBC, ITV, Sky News etc.)
Although there is no central heating, as well as the air-conditioning, there is a gas-fired log-effect heater upstairs, a portable gas heater downstairs and a fan heater and heated towel rail in the bathroom. The villa is therefore warm throughout the winter.
The bathroom has both a bath and a shower (over the bath).

The property is accessed via a footpath from the nearby car park, so there is no traffic to the front or rear of the property. The front garden is paved and gravelled, with fruit trees and other plants along with a patio table and chairs, making this a picturesque place to enjoy the sun or shade. Along the side of the property is a large gas-fired barbeque and at the back is a vine-covered pergola, over a table and 6 chairs. There are more chairs available, as well as sun-loungers which may be used in the garden or kept at the communal pool around the corner. The garden lighting allows the garden to be used into the evening. There is a small out-building housing the washer-dryer with a rotator clothes-line adjacent to it.

“Home from home - with better views!”
Having had several two month winter holidays at this villa, it feels like a second home. It has several key advantages for us. Firstly, the free car and wi-fi - and what a car! Much better than we can afford to rent; big, air-conditioned, automatic and with Cyprus being left-hand drive, we've been able to explore extensively and safely. Secondly, the villa itself, which is VERY comfortable thanks to a great bed, big sofas, all the facilities of home and plenty of room for entertaining (we've had parties of 18 people in the garden and 12 indoors). It is perfectly positioned in the village - close to the action but in a quiet area. Finally, Pissouri itself, the idyllic Cypriot village. We love it!
