Description
This attractive villa stands on the edge of the village but is only 7 minutes walk from the sandy beach and also the village centre where you will find tavernas, cafes and local shops. Please note this furnished villa is offered for rent by a private owner on a self-catering basis only. No additional hotel type services are offered.
It offers very flexible accommodation making it ideal for friends or family groups who like to holiday together but who also want some privacy.
If you are less than 12 people we offer special rates for smaller families who may not wish to use all the accommodation offered. There are many balconies with lovely views over the surrounding olive groves and, from the 2nd floor, of the sea. Located just south of Volos, the villa makes an ideal base for visiting sites such as Delphi and Meteora, and also the Pelion peninsula.

This holiday rental villa consists of 2 floors arranged as follows:
!st floor has large 'L' shaped living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC. This floor is fully air-conditioned. It also has a large balcony great for eating 'alfresco' and 3 other smaller ones to make the most of the sun.
2nd floor has two bedrooms, 2 living rooms each with double sofabed for 2 people, 2 kitchen areas and 2 bathrooms. These bedrooms are air-conditioned and ceiling fans cool both living rooms. This floor has a large balcony and 4 other small balconies with lovely views of the olive clad hillsides and the Pagasitic Gulf in the distance.

“Wonderful villa Christina”
Awesome villa full of all amenities! Excellent site in nature with a view of the sea! The owner was really helpful and catered for all our needs! It's surely worth visiting it.

I am sorry you did not feel warm enough but the apartment has oil fired central heating which could have been turned on had you requested it. “Chilled Amaliapolis”
Struggle to disagree with anything in the listings for this place. The owner was a pleasure to work with & all the further info we had after booking was faultless. The house was spotless on our arrival, it is set off the quiet road into the village about 50m down a dirt track which wasnt a problem even for our tiny peugot rental car. there is a view from the 2nd floor terrace/balcony across the village rooftops out into the gulf & most days a nice breeze so great for evenings cool downs with a g& t after a day on the beach the village itself is a 3 min walk to a small bridge where left & a further 2 mins take you to shops (basic but enough) & a few tavernas or right & a further 2 mins takes you to the small beach with its 2 well appointed but not noisy bars which cater for your beach needs with sun beds drinks & snacks. Night time in Amaliapolis doesnt really happen much before 9:30 & during our 2 weeks we ate at most tavernas at least twice (perhaps limited choices but great fresh food). Out & about the local towns, city (Volos), & small villages are all very rural but equally charming. One word of warning would be that we never saw another English person the whole time, so if you go expecting to find a copy of the sun a pint of carling & a full english breakfast you will be sadly dissapointed. On the other hand if you want to interact & perhaps try out your dodgy Greek I cant imagine a nicer place to go, everyone we met was friendly & always eager to help. The UK we came back to seemed a far more hectic place.....
