Response from the owner Le commentaire désobligeant de notre client vient simplement du fait qu’il souhaitait un remboursement de son séjour malgré une annulation de dernière minute sans justificatif. En effet notre villa a été classée officiellement 4 étoiles dans la catégorie des « Meublés de Tourisme » le 11 juin 2012 par Atout France et la Collectivité Territoriale de Corse. C’est 112 critères que nous avons atteint en termes d’équipements, de services au client, d’accessibilité et de développement durable. Les photos de la villa « Le Lagon » qui reflètent exactement la réalité ( voir notre site internet www.visionluxe.com ) montrent à quel point les matériaux sont de haut de gamme ; la cuisine et l’ameublement de style méditérannéens ont été réalisés sur mesure par un ébéniste d’Ajaccio en red cedar lazuré blanc. La literie est de la marque Simmons « qualité palace ». L’Electroménager date de 2012 et toutes les peintures ont été refaites cette même année. La propriété est verdoyante grâce à l’arrosage automatique. La qualité de l’accueil est primordial pour nous ; d’ailleurs nous avons accueilli notre locataire à 9h00 le matin au lieu des 17h00 prévues car il avait un enfant en bas âge. Les informations transmises sont complètes de façon à ce que nos locataires puissent utiliser au mieux toutes les possibilités offertes ( internet gratuit, télévision, électroménager etc. ). Le ménage était impeccable et la mise à disposition gracieuse d’un lit bébé, d’une chaise haute et d’une poussette canne était en place, comme promis. La Corse est un paradis préservé avec des chemins bordés de murs en pierres sèches ( bien loin des routes aseptisées que nous utilisons au quotidien ) ; cela fait partie de son charme. Le chemin d’accès à la villa est de ceux-ci mais il est suffisamment large pour que de petits camions puissent intervenir pour les différents travaux.
