It comes equipped with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, King size bed in the master bedroom, Queen size bed in the guest bedroom along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a private beachfront balcony on the very top 7th floor facing our beautiful Emerald Coast. Stylish Bamboo provisions in the dining and snack bar areas make for cozy and comfortable together time while keeping it classy. The ravishing red paint really pops and brings an atmosphere of pep for your Florida vacation - sit comfortably while enjoying some relaxation time - because after all, you deserve it!! Condo 7008 HAS IT ALL! The master bedroom as well as the living room feature flat screen TVs. Tile flooring throughout. “not worth the price”
The dryer had issues it would sometimes work and sometimes not. Thecoffee maker stopped working. The trash chute would get jammed and the trash would not fit. We had to sit our trash next to the chute… More

Response from the manager Thank you for your review! We have called in an appliance repair man and the dryer has been fixed. Also, the coffee maker has been replaced. We have also contacted the company who manages the common areas at the Islander and let them know about the issues with the trash chute. We hope that you were able to enjoy your stay and the beautiful beaches of the Okaloosa Island!

Just a few suggestions to make it perfect: (1) Better quality bed linens; (2) Small ceiling fan in Master Bath; (3) Better lighting (light bulbs need to be a higher wattage.)
