Recently freshly decorated, this stunning ground floor apartment with beautiful private garden is only 100m from the beaches and has communal pool, quality tiles and luxury well-equipped kitchen. Features en-suite master bedroom, terrace eating area plus indoor dining area. Secure remote controlled gated underground parking area with individual very large underground garage for your car.
The apartment is our 'home from home' with a beautiful well equipped private garden and located within 100m from the nearest local beaches - both sandy and stony available. It is very tastefully furnished with high quality furnishings, tiled floors and granite worktops.
To achieve a 'home from home', we have put a great deal of time, effort and thought into the detail including:

- All the kitchen accessories you could ever want
- Full sets of matching cutlery, crockery and sets of different types of drinking glasses

Splendid garden with its banana tree, these palm trees and a lemon tree, impeccable to decorate our gin and tonic. With the sea 100m away and the swimming pool of the residence, everything is perfect. 2 pleasant bedrooms with a bathroom each. A huge kitchen and a pleasant living room complete all this. A if I forgot a large closed car park in the basement with access with elevator. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We appreciate its location (at the foot of the beaches), its comfort in a quiet residence with garage and its beautiful wooded garden. In the residence, you will have access to the swimming pool and very close to a very practical small shop. The beaches are at the end of the street as well as a very good restaurant (follow my comments). I therefore recommend this accommodation with your eyes closed.” “Hemos pasado este año nuestra tercera estancia en este alojamiento. Grandes playas muy cerca (arena y guijarros para elegir) y un supermercado muy bien surtido a unos 2 minutos a pie. El bloque de apartamentos era muy seguro. Muy recomendable.
