Description
Situated close to the playa in an urbanisation closed with gates and at a private street. Short distance to stores, restaurants and other facilities. Central but quiet. Large pool in 20 m distance, less than 100 m to the sea.
The bungalow is situated in a nice urbanisation close to the La Mata Playa, with a large urbanisation pool in 25 meter distance, less than 100 m to the Cabo Cervera playa - nice for a swim in the sea, and 300 m to the large La Mata playa. Stores and restaurants are in walking distance.

There are lot of parking space outside the urbanisation. If you need indoor parking it might be possible to rent in the community garage. You may park temporaly in the private street for unloading etc.
