Large lounge with dining area furnished with a comfortable sofa and easy chair. 32 inch flatscreen TV and DVD with English and Spanish stations. Patio doors lead to the front terrace which has a beautiful granite dining set with a retractable sun canopy to provide shade when needed.Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave washing machine and dishwasher. The Townhouse is less than 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, local cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarket and the shops on Mojacar Playa. “Mojacar stay”
Had a wonderful stay in mojacar. Accomodation was great. We were met by friendly lady who showed us to our house. Everything very comfortable. Large kitchen. Fantastic sea views. Excellent location. Fab restaurants and bars close by. Bus stop outside. Hoping to book another stay soon.

I will check with my management company on the issues you raised but the property should have been stocked with these items on your arrival. There is usually a supply of dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid under the sink in the the kitchen and toilet rolls are supposed to be replenished after each guest leaves. Dish cloths are also provided so i will check and see what happened on this occasion. Again i am delighted you enjoyed your stay and i would love to welcome you again in the future. Best Wishes. “Mojacar, Whitehouse lance nuevo”
It does what it says on the tin. Everything was working as it should, WiFi, aircon, excellent and was needed as was very hot. Keyholder was there to greet us and I had excellent contact with the owner through emails etc. Highly recommended place to stay, as restaurant, bars etc within 10 mins walk at most. Would definitely go back again.

“Lovely house in a perfect location”
We stayed for a week here over Easter and in spite of the less than perfect weather we had a great time. Brilliant location literally across the road from the Mediterranean and a great view of the bay and seafront. Noel's house is extremely comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, table and chairs outside. Wi-Fi worked very well and the TV has UK and Irish channels, including sports and movies. There is also furniture for bringing to the beach. Just outside the front door is the large swimming pool and garden which were cleaned each day. There is also private underground and outdoor parking. There are loads of good restaurants and bars nearby and two grocery shops just down the steps. If you like walking, there is a great footpath along the seafront about 5km long. The local yellow bus stops directly in front of the complex and will bring you to the old town (Pueblo) for 1.20 each way. I would highly recommend staying in this house and also Mojacar and the surrounding area.
