Located across from Rockport's Front Beach, Beach & King Beach House is an intimate Cape Ann home located on the North Shore in Massachusetts. Accommodations at our Rockport home offer a picturesque setting with stunning ocean views and a 5-minute stroll to historic Bearskin Neck and the village.

We are now offering the use of the entire Beach House for weekly rentals / Saturday - Saturday.

You have full use of :

Kitchen, fully appointed with new appliances, granite counter tops plus washer and dryer.

Beautiful Dining Room with table that seats up to 12 people

Family Room with 42 inch LCD screen TV, new large sectional couch with pull out DBL. bed

Downstairs seasonal bedroom with DBL bed

Full bath on the first floor with shower and tub

4 bedrooms upstairs all with queen size beds,air conditioning, full baths and stunning views

1 third floor "Crows Nest" bedroom with queen size bed

Entire property will sleep 14 people with 5 full baths

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Laurie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
