Description
Palm Villa, luxury 3 bed, 2 bathroom, Leptos built property on the beautifully landscaped Regina Gardens complex. It is very thoughtfully decorated throughout. Free WIFI and Internet TV included.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning units, as does the main lounge. The lounge/diner has patio doors that lead to a terrace overlooking two large swimming pools and a childrens pool. Regina Gardens is a short walk to the Tomb of the Kings Road where there are bars and restaurants for your night life and entertainment together with a Lidl supermarket and plenty of smaller mini markets. The nearest beach / sea is just 500 metres away. The main bus route runs along the Tomb of the Kings Road and into Coral Bay, Paphos town, the Harbour and to the Waterpark. A infant cot & high chair are available. King Odysseus bar which is on the edge of the complex serves food and alcoholic refreshments. You can also watch your favourite sports channels without going further afield.
Free WIFI internet is included is the weekly inclusive price . There is also a gym available nearby at the Venus Beach hotel for only €25.00 per week and is very well equipped. Also included in the price are all the available classes at no extra cost.

“Great place to stay”
Spent a week in this villa, arrived 14th September, and could not fault a thing. Villa was very clean, tidy and spacious, plenty of room for the 5 of us (all adults) who stayed there. The complex is a little bit away from Paphos harbour area but only a five minute walk to the bus stop and only 1.50 euros each way (think it was around 12 euros one way in a taxi). Communication with Paul the owner was excellent and very informative. Kettle didn't work when we arrived and a new one was delivered the next day. The complex was fairly quiet at that time of year which was fine as we mostly had the pool to ourselves the days we didn't go out. Highly recommend the full day boat trip on the Wave Dancer, entertainment and food was the best I have ever experienced on a boat trip anywhere. Corallia beach is a bus ride away, a little bit further than Coral Bay beach but well worth spending the day there (although only a very basic shop there but enough for a day on the beach). Meze at the Coral King restaurant in Coral Bay was amazing, we weren't fit to move after!!. Chloe's Chinese restaurant on Tomb of Kings Road (near Lidl) was definitely worth a visit too and a night out in Bar Street (Harbour area) is a must. All in all a fab holiday, thank you Paul PS: Arranged transfers to airport through suntransfers - very reliable and reasonable cost

“Value for money”
Large, well-equipped apartment with beautiful pool area. Nice balcony with a view over the garden and the pool - nice to sit and relax at night. The apartment is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and grocery store. The harbour is also just a walk away. The property owner was very helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was very safe and "according to the book". We had a lovely vacation and can fully recommend this apartment.

“home from home”
great house ,has everything there , 3 bedrooms / air-con, close to pool ,good location .Easy access to harbour , tomb of kings strip ( restaurants ) and beach on the easy to use bus service @ 1:50 Euro each .Had a good break and hope to return soon ,I would recommend this to my friends and indeed already have :)

“An absolute pleasure ... wonderful place to stay, close enough to everything.”
If I go here again, I probably will, I'd get the bus from the airport rather than hire a car. Plenty of cheaper cars on the Tomb of the Kings Road. Local pub accessed through the complex, past the pools, is excellent value food and has Wi-Fi at sensible cost. The house is well equiped and comfortable.
