Around the Sea (ATS) offers you the privacy of a beach-front cottage with the pampering of a luxury condo – and all of this featured in one of the world's most exclusive homes. ATS prides itself on giving you a luxury vacation experience like no other on the planet.

Enjoy your own private ROTATING ocean front unit in the world's first rotating house with luxury suites. The house rotates throughout the day to showcase a variety of rolling farm & ocean views – including Rustico Harbour, PEI's North shore, & the red sand cliffs. This unique feature ensures that you capture all the wonderful sights PEI has to offer. The National Park beach can be accessed by foot via a private walkway.

Each luxury suite is approximately 625 s.f. and can sleep 4 adults in proper beds. The master bedroom has a king sized bed for 2 with en suite bathroom and private walk-out patio door to 50' sun deck. An optional queen bed stored in the wall of the living room can sleep 2 more. A fold out couch in the living room can accommodate another. This space is ideal for one couple, two couples, or families.

Around the Sea overlooks the North Rustico National Park Beach and town beach and is just minutes from the Village of North Rustico's restaurants, shops, lobster dinners, fish markets, deep sea fishing, kayaking and the boardwalk. Unlike many resort areas in PEI, North Rustico is open all year long and has a grocery store, restaurants, a liquor/beer store, hardware store, gas station, bank, coffee shops, and much more. Around the Sea is only a 10 minute drive from the heart of Cavendish where you can visit Green Gables, The Cavendish Boardwalk, Sandspit, Avonlea Village, Cavendish Golf Course, Shining Waters & more.

Note: From the end of June until the beginning of September, we rent only weekly from Saturday to Saturday for $1595/wk

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steve (the owner) a message.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
