If you are looking for a custom built, private home for your family's vacation look no further! Crosswinds Beach House is a beautiful home set in the gated community of Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach. Adjacent to Redfish Village off scenic highway 30A, this property is a short walk or bike ride (included in your rental) to the clear water and pristine white sand beaches of Florida's Emerald Coast. The Blue Mountain Beach access has parking and restroom facilities for your convenience. Crosswinds is close to the communities of Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton Beach. A landscaped walkway connects this private gated community to The Shops at Redfish Village that includes restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops. Lakeside at Blue Mountain is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood with lots of privacy for your family and guests. Don't feel like going to the beach? Spend time at the neighborhood pool which features an outdoor shower, tables, umbrellas and chairs.The open floor plan includes a large kitchen and main floor living space that allows for the perfect opportunity for family fun! A gourmet kitchen with cherry cabinets and granite countertops features a dining bar and separate dining table to accommodate large families. A pull-out queen sized sofa is available in the living room that features a large flat screen TV. For the grill master in the family, a gas grill is located just off the kitchen.The sleeping areas at Crosswinds Beach House leave nothing to be desired. The second floor features a master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and a private bath with a glass and travertine Caesar shower. Two additional bedrooms feature queen size beds with flat screen TVs. A bunk room features two twin beds and a flat screen TV as well. A screened in Lanai on the upper level is the perfect spot to enjoy a late afternoon nap, or a place to hang out with the family. If you are a sun worshiper, you can relax on the upper deck and never have to leave the home. We have spared no expense on making Crosswinds Beach House your beach home away from home! Luxurious hardwood floors and comfortable furniture will make you feel at ease as will relaxing on one of our four outdoor porches.The gulf coast is our family's favorite vacation destination. Therefore, we have designed Crosswinds Beach House with our own family in mind. This brand new home has every amenity imaginable! Please feel free to take the bikes provided for a nice ride on any of the many bike paths in the area. Also, don't hesitate to venture out and enjoy the excellent restaurants, shopping, and entertainment 30A has to offer!! We welcome you to call or email with any questions you may have.
