STUNNNG VIEW of the bay in San Juan Del Sur. This 5th Floor BEACHFRONT condominium is located in the delightful small beach town of San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. San Juan Del Sur is located south of Managua airport and only 30 minutes from the border with Costa Rica. The condominium is located on a beautiful section of the beach within 15 minute walking distance to restaurants, bars and all amenities in town. There is a private beachfront clubhouse with a beautiful infinity edge swimming pool and spa. The clubhouse has kitchen/bar area for your use – even an ice machine.
The condominium is fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room in the unit with washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are furnished with handcrafted bed frames made by local craftsmen, much of the other wood furnishings are locally made as well. Both bedrooms have comfortable new mattresses; the Master has a King, the second bedroom has beds a Queen and a Single. The beds are fitted with high quality US imported sheet sets for your comfort. There are two full bathrooms, living/dining room with breakfast bar and granite countertops. The living room contains a large flat screen LCD TV, with cable TV (English speaking channels), a Blu-Ray DVD player, and an Blue Tooth audio player. Relax after a full day of activities on a soft leather sectional sofa. The sofa is large enough that it can be used as an additional sleeping area should you have the need. This condominium is very comfortably furnished.
An elevator will take you to the 5th floor where condo is located. The condo has a spacious balcony with breathtaking ocean views. But be sure you also check out the Roof top terrace with spa and bar area. Parking is available at the condominium’s private parking lot. The condo is located in a gated community with 24 hr security.
When you are done relaxing by the pool or the beachfront, there is an amazing variety of things you can do while visiting San Juan Del Sur. The information package provided in the condo can help you with information on arranging activities like fishing, surfing, sailing, biking, horseback riding, zip line, or sightseeing to many of the nearby towns. I can arrange transport - I have a very reliable driver with a new van that can take you direct from the airport to the condo.

“If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place.”
Wonderful pool, but between 24 hour barking dogs and music (noise) from beach establishments, impossible to sleep with window open.

Response from the owner Sorry that your stay was less than a 5 star visit. During the period of your stay Nicaragua, Costa Rica and most of central America were experiencing earthquakes. We had no significant issues in San Juan Del Sur. We did however have several small problems that the management had to deal with - a water leak - which forced them to shut the water off in our building for several hours, and a backup generator automatic switch over issue. Actually the power was out in town - for long periods on several days - we had power but it required manual switch over to the backup generator. The auto switch over has since been fixed. My property manager Kerstin has a daughter and grandchildren living in Managua (she left to get them as Managua was experiencing multiple after shocks). Cell service - internet and email services were experiencing outages often during that week - which caused the email issues. I am actually very happy with the way our Condo management team performed during this time - the safety of the guests staying there was always their main concern.

Response from the owner Rita glad you enjoyed you stay, I just returned from a two week stay in March myself I thought I would look into the barking dog. Upon inquiry the dog is normally not tied up when the owners are home - apparently the caretakers were tying the dog up and he didn't care much for it. I also spoke with the couple that stayed for the entire month after you left - they had no complaints about the dog. Sorry that this occurred while you were there - just wanted to let you know this is not a normal occurrence.. Happy to hear that everything else was good. Should you decide to make another visit to San Juan Del Sur, I would love to have you come back.
