My property may show available but please allow me to confirm these dates prior to a reservation request or organizing your flights since your desired dates may create gaps of less than a week on either side of your stay that are difficult to fill.. This is a magnificent property so I do not want to disappoint you if I cannot work with your dates and prior to booking your flights you may have the flexibilty to arrive sooner or leave earlier.

Sea at first sight. Mar de Pulpi is an extraordinary beachfront villa located in San Juan de los Terreros, Almeria. Less than one hour from the airport in Almeria, San Juan de los Terreros is located only 8 km from the busy fishing port of Aguilas and just 12 km from Pulpi, the capital of the municipality to which it belongs. The complex is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach with only a walking and biking path in between to encourage the morning exercise routine. The pool and Jacuzzi are only steps away providing additional forms of exercise plus a refreshing cleanse from the warm sun that shines 300 days a year. History buffs will be intrigued by the castle constructed in 1764 located a short distance from the complex.

Unobstructed views as you are enjoying your morning coffee from the Spanish tiled patio will encourage all who venture to visit this outstanding location to return on a regular basis. The villa has three levels with one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second. The roof-top solarium provides not only a breathtaking view of the ocean but also a shower to remove the perspiration from an invigorating afternoon reading. There is also a stone BBQ for that afternoon or evening meal when you do not wish the day to end.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
