19onWestcliff situated on the famous Cliff Path in Hermanus.

The rate indicated is for the Villa including 2 ensuite bedrooms with ocean view, sleeping 4 persons.

It has a spacious open plan living area, ocean fronting state of the art kitchen with dining area, outside dining area in the courtyard with barbecue facilities, elevated saltwater pool 3x10m with sea view, all bathrooms have got under floor heating, wireless internet, secure parking for 5 cars. The Villa has direct access to the famous Cliff Path

With a further 4 additional bedrooms all ensuite, in the courtyard, each to an additional rate per room depending on season, we can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons.

For your privacy, we will only allow one group at a time.

We have a private separate flat upstairs and will not likely be around when you are visiting, but if so, you will have full privacy inside and outside and will be informed before booking.

We will be happy to host you at 19onWestcliff, situated right on the famous Cliff Path in Hermanus. The house was built in 1924, and we have recently restored it – combining the historical features, such as huge stone walls with modern finishes, giving it style and ambience. We believe we have created something which fulfils our dream – a great house in a perfect location – one which suits both small groups of family/friends, golfers or business groups.

It has magnificent views into Walker Bay, where some of the best land based whale watching in the world takes place. If you listen carefully, you may even hear the whales playing just outside of your room!

The view was (24 Dec 2011) voted by London Times to one of the10 best hotel view in the world.

Getting around

We have the famous Cliff Path just outside. Open our gate to the path and you can walk into town and restaurants in 10 min. The Cliff Path is stretching from the New harbour all the way to Grotto beach-about 10km. All along you will find benches were you can rest and enjoy the Walkerbay. In the whale season you can watch the whales coming very close and in the summer the dolphins will play in the bay.

You will be introduced to the villa by our caretakers if we are not around. They/we will be available for questions / problem solving during your stay.
