Located in the quiet and secluded Cayman Kai / Rum Point area of Grand Cayman, "A Mid-Winter Night's Dream" is an ideal place for a tropical getaway.

Situated on the ground floor, directly overlooking the ocean, we have great views of the Caribbean from every window.

The screened-in lanai is a wonderful place to relax while enjoying the sound of the sea and it's lovely breeze.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a great view of the Caribbean. There is an attached master bathroom, with full size bath/shower.

The guest bedroom has two twin size beds. These can be strapped together to create a king size bed. A foam liner seals the gap between the beds. This bedroom is attached to the guest bathroom, living room, and lanai.

Central air conditioning keeps the condo at a comfortable temperature.

The kitchen is furnished with a microwave, oven/range, dishwasher, coffee maker, in-sink garbage disposal, toaster oven and blender. There are enough cooking utensils to serve just about any cooking need.

Just steps from the condo is the private pool, with attached kiddie/wading pool. There are beach towels and water floats for our guests.

Wireless internet is available via an unsecured connection. Wired internet is available using the cable provided in the living room at the entertainment center.

The condo is also equipped with a clothes washer/dryer, iron and board, color TV with cable, and telephone.

The bathrooms are furnished with starter supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.). Additional supplies can be purchased at Chisholm’s Grocery, which is only 5 minutes away.

This is the second time that my wife & I have rented this condo. This time we brought 3 more friends. Plenty of room for everyone. This condo is so well kept & it has all your supplies in the kitchen, plenty of towels, even rafts & snorkel gear. The pool & ocean view are fabulous. We can't wait to go back again!

If I could give this 6 stars I would. The condo was absolutely perfect. Beautiful & clean. Everything you need. Dan was so helpful. Before we arrived, he sent us a package telling us of all the best places to go & where to shop and some hand detailed maps. Such a beautiful ocean view from the condo. If you go, be sure to go tyo Sting Ray City & the sea turtle park.We have vacationed many time & I will say that this is right up there at the top of the list of our most favorite vacations. We loved the Rum Point area. The condo was clean. Pool area was clean. We enjoyed the area enough for us to do. When we wanted to do more drove 45 minutes to Seven Mile Beach. Just a great location

“Winter Getaway”

This was not our first trip to Grand Cayman and we are very familiar with the island and what is available by way of accommodation. We have always been partial to the North Side. It offers the peace and tranquillity that you cannot find on 7 Mile Beach and “A Mid-Winter Night’s Dream” has definitely offered us the best experience so far. The condo was as described, very clean and so well equipped, we wanted for nothing. Definitely the best unit in the complex. We had a direct unobstructed view of the ocean and although we had planned to eat dinner at nearby restaurants, we spent most evenings dining on the lanai listing to the sounds of the ocean. Great snorkeling, very private beach and surrounding area. My husband and I highly recommend this property. Many thanks to the Lang family for sharing and a special thanks to Dan, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

The condo was perfect for us. There were 5 of us.. My wife and I, our 2 teenage daughters, and their friend. The accommodations were clean and very updated. All you need is here. There are a couple of grocery stores within minutes for all the extras. Very quiet and perfect for a family. We will be back for sure!! Dan, the owner was VERY helpful and emailed me several times while we were there to see if we had any questions/concerns... He knows everything about the island. Cannot wait to return next year! 10 days wasn't long enough!! Mike Thomas & family

We recently had the pleasure of staying for 9 nights in the Mid-Winter Night's Dream condo on the north side of Grand Cayman. It was absolutely amazing! Dan was very easy to deal with, provided us a lot of tips and information about Grand Cayman and it was just a great experience. Everything we could possibly need was right there at the condo. We ate quite a few meals there and they had everything we needed to cook and grill. It was super clean and bright. View of the ocean right outside the master bedroom couldn't be beat...going to sleep with the sounds of the waves hitting the shore made for some amazing full night's sleep. Breakfast out on the lanai every morning. The pool was great! It felt wonderful after a day of snorkeling or just a first thing in the morning dip. Having the ocean right out our door was pretty amazing also. Snorkeling right there when the water was a little less wavy led to some nice adventures. They even have the snorkel gear and coolers for you for all day adventures! Being on the north side gave us a great opportunity to be away from the noise and commercialism of Seven Mile Beach and truly let the sun soak into our bones and relax. We still were only a 45 min drive to that side when we wanted to be. And it's only that long because you have to drive 30mph a lot of the way...which gives you time to really look around and admire the view! Definitely rent a car, there is plenty of space at the condo and it will afford you the opportunity to get to all the different parts of the island to check out all the amazing snorkeling spots. I will definitely stay here again!! You couldn't ask for more!

“Perfect Family Vacation”

Dan was a pleasure to rent from. He responds quickly to questions and the description of the condo in the ad is accurate. We had plenty of room for the four of us (two adults, two teenage girls) and the condo is stocked with everything you will need. We opted to leave our swim fins home to save room, as there are several pairs in the condo to use. The north end is quiet and more remote than the west end of the island...which is just what we wanted. Excellent snorkeling right out front and many, many other cool public beaches to check out within a 10-15 minute drive away. We will definitely rent from Dan again.

I dreamed of a quiet retreat on the ocean with all the amenities of home and that is what we found. This home is well cared for and has everything you need for a comfortable get away. We enjoyed the ocean and the pool daily. The outside deck was perfect for our morning coffee and the lanai was awesome for enjoying our home cooked meals. We had no difficulty stocking the kitchen with our food choices and this allowed us the maximum amount of sun time! If all goes well we will be back again.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and peaceful condo. The views are amazing out of every room. There is no need for air conditioning with the cool ocean breeze through the many windows. This condo is spacious, comfortable and welcoming. All desired amenities were provided. The rafts were fantastic!! We really enjoyed the serenity of the quiet beach. Our family has visited Cayman for 10 years and this is definitely one of our favorites! Thank you for sharing this perfect beach "home"! We look forward to returning.
