The luxury residences “ Princes’Islands “ complex situated at Nidri village among a green-full environment with view to the Princes' Islands area , of Ionian sea .

There are available SIX (6) INDEPENDENT RESIDENCES in our complex.

The Residences named "Tsokari" and “ Heloni “are each 50 sq m , with one bedroom , one bathroom , living/dining room with double sofa bed , fully equipped kitchen and very big verandas .

They are capable to accommodate up to four ( 4 ) guests.

The Residences named 'Scorpios' , 'Scorpidi' , 'Sparti' and 'Madouri' are each 100 sq m , with two bedrooms , two bathrooms , living/dining room , double sofa bed , fully equipped kitchen and big verandas.

They are capable to accommodate up to seven ( 7 ) guests.

Everything within this accommodations has been carefully chosen to ensure all its visitors have an enjoyable and relaxing times . Decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standards.

All the comforts and needs for today’s visitors are offered .

Wireless free Internet , Air conditioning ( in all rooms ), TV ( in all rooms ) , satellite TV , DVD player, CD player, Fireplace .

The bedroom has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a toilet etc .

The bathroom has hot water 24-hours a day, a bath tub , a shower , a washing-machine, a hairdryer, towels etc .

There are also Iron and ironing board, clotheshorse .

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Refrigerator , Freezer , Cooking top ,

Oven ,Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster , Boiler , Multi mixer , Dishwasher, all utensils for cooking, dishes, glasses and cutlery etc .

Verandas are spacious with dining and relaxing outdoor lounge furniture where you can also enjoy an uninterrupted fantastic view.

Two large swimming pools (connected with gardens) with extra children pool, jacuzzi, sun beds and umbrellas, are waiting for you to relax.

You can sit by the pools of the complex and enjoy the view .

Also you can enjoy outdoors meals, in the fully equipped BBQs with Pergola , tables , chairs, sofa etc .

Parking is available in private ground, just in front of the Residences .

Each Residence has a private ( individual ) burglar alarm and

Safe box .

The construction of the complex was completed in 2012.

There are busses run near our complex, that you can use to visit many destinations in the island and the capital of Lefkada.

Interaction with guest

Reception room for the service of our guests. The keys of the Residences are handed to our guests from us. For every Residence only one key is delivered to our guests (security reasons). There are two very big BBQs can be used from our guests to enjoy theιr meals, in a Breathtaking Scenery.

Response from the owner In the context of informing our customers, and with full respect to Mr Ansgar, i would like to let our future clients know, that "Princes Islands" Residences is a complex of six Luxurιous independent and autonomous Residences fully equipent, but we don't offer consumables for household appliances without the order of our customer, because they are not included in the cost of the Residence's booking. Regarding the the mosquitos, we spray the premises as you maybe saw, but realy the we can't spray for the insects the all around enviroment (forest) and the customers have only to take care about the closed door. If Kyriakos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
