If it's the Melbourne experience that you are looking for this is it! Soho52 is a beautiful, well appointed apartment in fabulous Fitzroy. Its location is superb, just minutes from the city, with trams and trains only moments away. Fitrzoy can be described as the love child of Soho and Greenwich Village because of its great location, shops, galleries and personality.

Soho52 is a genuine walk to the city, MCG, Rod Laver arena and sporting precincts, museum, and parklands. On your doorstep are so many great restaurants, cafes and shops.

The free city circle tram is only a short stroll away and will take you to many popular locations such as Federation Square, the aquarium, the museum, Southbank, Casino, and Docklands.

We hold your credit card details while you are staying with us instead of a bond, but if you do not wish to provide your credit card details, a $500AUD bond is payable.

You are very welcome to enquire about 2 night bookings, but we cannot always accommodate short bookings.

If Soho52 is not available, we may have availability at other Melbourne Short Term Rental accommodations, Fitzgeorge, Meko and The Loft.

“Why stay anywhere else”

As before it was so fabulous last year we came back to stay in this gorgeous apartment. We love the location, the terrace, the cute street and easy access to anywhere you want to go.

This was the first place we stayed in Australia; we found the condo to be hip and modern, very clean and well maintained. The neighbors were quite friendly and helpful. We loved the location.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Katrina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
