APARTMENT LOCATED IN A BOHEMIENNE VERY CENTRAL DISTRICT PERFECT FOR EASY GOING PEOPLE WHO LIKE CULTURE DIFFERENCES AND MELTING POT CULTURE. THE RAMBLAS AND PLACA CATALUNYA AT ONLY 10 MIN WALKING from the apartment!
At few min walking you'll find the MACBA, the CCCB also vinyl shops, vintage clothing boutiques and much more.
But the best thing about the Raval is usually its atmosphere. People of almost all ethnic groups on the planet,fusion of cultures, smells, gastronomies.
The flat is located in an ancient building dated 1896 renovated outside in the main fachade few years ago, not yet inside.

It's sunny bright and nicely decorated!
2nd floor no lift it's composed by a living room with a sofa bed, table and chairs, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, totally equipped kitchen with table and chairs and bathroom with shower.
You will stay in the very heart of this incredible city, in the pedestrian street in the old and real part of it, at only 10 minutes walk to the famous Rambla and Boqueria Market and also at 10 minutes walk to the Port and Maremagnum centre and to the Barceloneta beaches.
The district is multicultural and nice, people from all the world are living here, people nice and friendly.
You could go everywhere in few minutes by walking or by biking discovering this great city! You could also take the metro if you want, the closest metro stop is at only 5 min (Sant Antoni L2). The metro is also a plus cause the L2 Sant Antoni stop is at only 2 stops to Passeig de Gracia to change the line to reach the Barceloneta beaches in few min and at 5 stops to Sagrada Familia.
Down at the street there are so many restaurants, live music bars, wine bars, and also many bakeries and every kind of shops and little supermarket opened till 9pm

“Good apartment well located”
We enjoYes our stay there As it was located near all our point of interest. In an old building, the appartment was apparently renewed and anyway was clean. We had a problem of gas which has been quickly fixed. Christophe

Response from the owner Heren, het appartement is op de tweede verdieping van een oud paleis en alle andere gebouwen van de wijk Raval oudste en het centrum van Barcelona. Toch is het een wijk van geweldige sfeer zoals u terecht hebt geschreven. Het appartement werd volledig gerenoveerd twee jaar geleden, dus helemaal nieuw en helder. Het appartement als duidelijk geschreven op de site is 45 vierkante meter. Evenmin heeft het broodrooster te scirto website. Waarom ga je klagen gegevens chiramente geschreven in het appartement pagina die u moet weten voordat preotare ?? Koffie, suiker en zout zijn in de deur boven de magnetron, misschien heb je niet gezien. Toeristische informatie in de kast onder de televisie. Ik had mijn contacten als je het mij contact had ik zou alles hebben verteld. Ik hou enorm van Barcelona denk niet dat is juist op uw deel als gevolg van uw afleiding en onzorgvuldigheid bij het lezen volgens de beschrijving van het appartement kunt u mijn liefde oordelen voor deze stad. Ik adviseer u om te lezen beter dan dat boek zo niet onnodig te klagen. Toch bedankt voor uw verblijf. Groeten uit Barcelona.

Response from the owner Some days before the guests arrival I sent them a detailed mail with all information about check in at the apartment. They didn't read it and when they arrived they called me cause they didn't know how to do. I explained in my mail that I've been living in Rome during this period that's why I was not there but that I'm reachable trough whattasp (text and call) text messages and mail. Never had any problems with others guests! When they arrived they were rude and impolite and didn't want to pay the Barcelona city taxes as clearly explained in the house rules at the site and in my mail. After few minutes they arrived two of them left the apartment we couldn't understand why cause I called the person who booked the apartment many times but I had no reply for long time. The nice lady works for me there had to wait for 1 hour and a half before they came back!! Terrible!! She is really nice and very good in her job nobody blamed before for the cleanliness. It's really not possible the apartment was dirty as they say. I can't trust such a kind of people. I never had such a terrible experience with a guest in many years I've been renting apartments in Rome and in Barcelona! This district is one of the oldest district in Barcelona that's why it's so fascinating and very central. I lived there alone for long time and I can assure you it's absolutely safe. The building is ancient but the apartment has been totally renewed 2 years ago when I bought it. It's nice, bright and furnished with care. The pictures are totally faithful as the apartment is. For what they paid (such a cheap price for the location and the apartment type) the apartment was so good. My experience with the guest was really terrible wish never had them in my apartment in Barcelona. I'm happy they stayed only 2 nights cause they were people that cause trouble. Anyway I'm happy the previous guests liked the apartment and the area so much. Also they noticed how worth to book it!
