Situated majestically on a hill bathed in vegetation, Villa Pooja Kanda is a tranquil five-bedroom villa just ten minutes' inland from the beach at Habaraduwa on Sri Lanka's south coast, close to historic Galle. Wide verandas, cool wraparound balconies, arched doorways and lofty beamed ceilings characterise this serene Dutch-colonial style villa that's perfect for groups and families looking to connect and unwind. Villa Pooja Kanda's tranquility is further enhanced by a garden enlivened by birdsong, squirrels and inquisitive monkeys. The villa is fully staffed and comes with a swimming pool, an air-conditioned TV room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Response from the manager Dear Guy, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay with us, and we sincerely apologize and sympathize with your concerns. Customer services is our top priority for our guests and your stay should not have been an exception. We would like to clarify that regular maintenance is carried out on our properties, and our staff always check that the villa is in full working order before guest arrival. Furthermore, when unexpected problems occur, we try our best to rectify the problem as soon as we can. In relation to the hot water, the management did their best to rectify the problem. However, there are times which are outside our control, and this issue was one of those times. The complaint of no hot water was recorded on 1st November, 11 days into your 14 day stay, and we tried to get a plumber immediately. However, the 1st November was the beginning of a public holiday, which lasted until 6th November, some 3 days after your departure. The repair was made on 6th November, and the repair invoice is of the same date. Apologies. In relation to the “significant damp issue” in a bedroom we immediately took action after your stay, the wall was demolished and the leak found and repaired. Again, we thank for your comments and we will continue doing our best to provide the best possible service to all guests.
