Description
A spacious modern apartment catering for up to eight people, 3 double bedrooms and a fold out bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen including a dish washing machine.Also in the fully equipped bathroom there is a washing machine. Air con in all the bedrooms. Locally managed and 2 mins walk from the local doctors.
Very close to the local amenities and 10 mins walk to the beach. Golden sands and clear blue water make the Ionian sea at the base of Italy a hidden gem. This beach has won the Blue Ribbon Award for the last 12 years. The Italians are known for being friendly but the southern Italians take this to a whole new level!! All the restaurants use local organic produce and the food is some of the best in the world!!
With the local doctors so close, the supermarket around the corner, butchers, greengrocers, Ice cream parlours and take away pizza places 5 minutes walk, eating out is not essential. In fact with a decent sized balcony and the front pool and communal area lit up at night, eating in can be really relaxing after a hot day at the beach or the pool. Clients have direct contact with owners and can ask any question, special requirements and receive answers back within an hour or so. Our agent lives in the resort and is fluent in both English & Italian and is available to you 24/7. At an extra cost (120€ each way) transport can be provided to pick you up from the airport and also return you there.

A minimum of seven days per booking. A deposit of 20% is required in advance of arrival to secure your booking. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit of £150 is also required. The balance is required 4 weeks before arrival Keys will be provided by a local agent who is on call in emergencies at any time. Any restricted mobility needs must be mentioned at time of booking to secure a ground floor apartment.

Linen is provided in the cost however towels can be provided on request at an extra cost. We will do our utmost to cater for any other special requests. We can arrange a final clean at the client's cost.

Swimming pool is shared by the eight apartments within the gated community. Access to the grounds are only granted with an external key for the pedestrian gate or an electric fob which allows vehicular access to the parking area. Because of very strict Italian laws governing recycling of waste we expect all clients to play an active part. in ensuring waste is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. Details will be found in the apartment.

“Great location”
Great location and beautiful pool in this lovely seaside resort. Air conditioning was very welcome along with the strong wifi signal. Assistance always on hand and good communication with the hosts and local agent. Added bonus of off street secure parking. Makes a great base for exploring this gorgeous area of Italy
