Description
The cottage 'La Prairie', renovated barn, offers every comfort to the families, friends, youth groups, ... 6 to 18 people who want to spend a stay in green surroundings. We thought the young and old, the bay window of the living room, opens to a covered terrace and an extended fenced lawn with a large green area with soccer field and bocce. Very close, you can see various wild ducks, herons, geese, hens at that live on the banks of the old Lys bordering the adjoining meadow. The cottage 'La Prairie' consists of 4 bedrooms with bathroom (3 rooms for 4 people and 1 bedroom for 2 persons) and a mezzanine with 4 beds. The cottage is located 20 km from Lille, 20 km from Ieper, 70 km from Bruges and Ghent and the Belgian coast. Ypres has a lot to offer! The charm of the Middle Ages in the detailed memories of the turbulent history of the First World War make your visit to Ypres truly unforgettable. Bruges is a medieval town perfectly preserved small channels, sometimes called the Venice of the North! If you want to book this house, thank you consider the fact that there are close party rooms of houses and there may be noise at the weekend.

Response from the owner I’m sorry that your night was disturbed friday and Saturday. I went two times to see you and apologize us for the noise that was caused friday. Saturday the noise was acceptable (it came from another room that was further away from the house), that's what the members of the group told me when I came to see you (but you wasn't there at that moment). . They even told me they didn't heard anything. In the meantime the presentation of the house is adapted with the information that during weekends it might be possible that there's noise because of the music in the party rooms next to the house. From Now on partys are only allowed till 3 o’clock on Friday, for new bookings. That changes nothing to your situation and i'm really sorry for that. I hope you enjoyed the other moments and had a good time in Belgium. Marie
