Description

One of the Oregon coast's most breathtaking waterfront locations, The Resort at Seaside has quickly become one of the area’s most popular luxury accommodations. Located on the beach at the Turnaround on Broadway, it offers guests a spectacular location with breathtaking views, swimming pools, spas, a fitness center, game room, gift shop, and just steps to the ocean.

We hope this condominium becomes your home away from home as it is equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy a fun and relaxing time at the coast. These rooms offer nice views of Seaside, the beach and ocean. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and breakfast counter, a gas fireplace, an outside barbecue, and multiple televisions with DVD players, a CD player and beautiful views from individual balconies. The building layout is designed so all rooms have some view of the ocean. The grand swimming pool is a comfortable 85 degrees all year, and is the centerpiece of the courtyard. Surrounding it are two spas, a children’s pool and plenty of space for sunbathing and socializing.

Please note: I am only able to rent 4 weeks / year. Those are listed on the calendar. If you rent less than the full week, I can only approve your booking if it either starts on Friday or ends on Friday to make sure the rest of the days are available to others.

Please do not ask me if I have other dates available, I do not.

The Resort is ready to cater to your every need, working hard to maintain its 5 star ranking with the various rating services. If you desire an extra bar of soap or additional towels all you need to do is contact the front desk. If you need information about sightseeing, places to eat and shop, or where to get a massage, just ask the concierge in the lobby. We offer a weekly rate as well as a daily rate to accommodate shorter stays.

This is unit, number 8840, located on the top floor, facing west with spectacular views of the coastline from Tillamook Head to Washington State. The three bedroom, three bath ocean front penthouse units are the most luxurious on site. At 1350 square feet, they offer a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, balcony.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a fully furnished en-suite with stone floors and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed an en-suite with shower giving you plenty of privacy for two couples. The third bedroom has twin beds and a full bath just across the hall.
