So sorry we had the issue with 2 wells going out in the resort at the same time i don't know who she talked to that said we don't have enough water in the resort because that is totally false information going around.. I took bottled water to the guest as i do live with in 5 miles of the cabin.and the resort hauled water in . I also refunded her 1 nights rental plus tax for the inconvenience she endured . Rest assured this resort has deep wells that pump's more than enough water to supply this resort

Response from the manager Dollywood opens the middle of March every year and the train starts running then and goes until closing.Jan 1st. I will check on the cutting board it should have been located under the toaster in the kitchen. The parking area is slightly elevated but we do have a handicap ramp to the entrance of the cabin. In order to get a View like Bears Den has you do have to go up in elevation as you will never get a view like this from the valley floor.. I have never had a complaint about the internet so I really don't know about the speed when the guest was there but I do know I use my hotspot here at home and it is way faster than AT&T and Comcast as I have had both in my home here.I did call Seviernet and he stated that there were 5 devices hooked on the internet at the cabin and that they were draining all the data so I don't know if they were all streaming at the same time or what..Rest assured that we live here in the area and any issues you may have we try very hard to address in a timely manner..
