Located ONE HOUSE OFF THE SAND, this upstairs charmer offers its own PRIVATE ENTRANCE and PRIVATE 25ft x 12ft DECK with VIEWS of the PACIFIC OCEAN, SANTA CATALINA ISLAND and BREATHTAKING SUNSETS all while hearing the gentle roar of the waves ... what could be better than falling asleep hearing the water lapping on the shore!

It is NOT PART of a COMPLEX but a guest house built to accommodate family & friends. You do NOT SHARE any COMMON WALLS & NO ONE LIVES ABOVE or BELOW. This makes it very quiet & serene. The PRIVATE LARGE twenty five feet X twelve feet DECK offers a private place to sunbathe or read a good book!

We believe that you should be the one to create your own vacation so we do not restrict or limit you to a Saturday through Saturday booking. This allows you to pick and choose any day of the week to arrive and any day of the week to depart. For instance, if you'd like to fit an extra weekend into your stay, that is fine! GO FOR IT, it is your vacation!!!!

We are fully licensed and registered with the city ( 1 of only 13). Seal Beach has its own Police and Fire Departments, as well as City Hall. It is a very safe & friendly town (Forbes ranked us as 4th friendliest town/city of populations 15K to 150K) and referred to by news reporters as "Mayberry By The Sea."

For extended stays of 30 nights or longer, we do include FREE housecleaning and linen exchange services EVERY 2 WEEKS. Additional linen exchanges may be purchased for $30 or you may choose to bring your own linens.

There are no additional rental fees or charges for your private 24/7 use of the beach cruiser bicycles, skim and boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, sand umbrella, large 25ft x 12ft PRIVATE DECK with WEBER SILVER GENESIS propane BBQ, reserved parking, parking permit for a 2nd car (for you or your visitors), secured WiFi internet access, tennis rackets or luxury linens.

Getting around

.A car is not needed to get around town. Everything is within walking distance. We do also provide a list of things to do around & about the area as well as a list of our & former guests' favorite restaurants. The first 20 restaurants are within walking distance from YOUR Seal Beach Guest House. To reach farther destinations, it is very affordable & convenient to use public transportation, or hire UBER or LYFT.

Interaction with guest

We are located on the property to assist you with your needs. Once in a while, we do take the opportunity to visit our other vacation property located about an hour away from Seal Beach at Lake Gregory just 10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead but so less crowded & so laid back. Full view of the lake from every room except the bathrooms (one has a jetted tub great for a nice soak or a fun bubble bath)! or take a vacation ourselves!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kelly (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
