Description
This large family house is located in a quiet and peaceful suburb of Melbourne, Kew East, but only 15mins to the city centre. It is conveniently situated on the tram and bus routes to the city, so it is ideal for large families or groups.
This is a large modern 4 double bedrooms + office - fully furnished featuring a large lounge room with gas fire, family room, and chef's kitchen.
The outdoor large deck is set up as an entertainment area with a 8 piece outdoor table and outdoor sofa, BBQ and Pizza oven and outdoor speaker system, overlooking private and beautiful parklands. The Pizza oven is easy to use and comes with chopped wood in the garage - ideal for making lovely woodfired meat and pizza dishes for sunny afternoons.
Kids will love the trampoline, level lawn area, basketball hoop and the kids room with 3 single beds (including 1 bunk bed and a car bed) is stocked with lots of books and toys.
In addition to the kids room downstairs is 2 double rooms with queen beds and inbuilt wardrobes and a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs is the master suite with a walk in wardrobe and large bathroom with the bathtub overlooking private trees and shrubs.
At the lower level there is a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Linen and towels are provided for all guests, WIFI, and local telephone calls. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided.
There is ducted heating and cooling on the lower levels and split system air conditioning upstairs.
The house accommodates 6 adults and up to 3 children with 3 double rooms, each with queen beds and 3 single beds in the children's room.
