Sadewa Villa is a sophisticated and secluded luxury residence located on a beautiful hill overlooking Spring Bay in Bequia. The villa sits on half an acre of lush, mature gardens and tropical vegetation and is located in one of the quietest areas of the island. Sadewa offers a serene and private paradise ideal for island entertaining or a relaxing, rejuvenating getaway.

The Villa's innovative design makes it optimal for both large groups of 14 or more and still cozy enough for a couple's retreat. Sadewa will only rent to one group at a time so you will never share the villa with other guests and will have exclusive access to the entire villa and all amenities regardless of your group size. Sadewa Villa is minutes away from the best beaches on the island and a short drive to great restaurants and nightlife.

We are situated approximately three miles from the town of Port Elizabeth, on the windward side of the island. The house has an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea with a soft, cool breeze both day and night. The villa is equipped with all the modern amenities that could be desired on a relaxing vacation. Including TV, stereo systems, microwaves, dishwashers, a barbeque , refrigerators (w/ice makers), propane ranges, and WiFi.

Response from the owner This guest is a scammer. They booked our 7 bedroom villa for 2 guests only, waited for the housekeeper to leave, then 8 other people showed up at the house with suitcases!! Who goes to a barbecue with luggage? The 8 others were clearly waiting in a car nearby because it wasn't more than 10 minutes after the housekeeper left that they all suddenly showed up. The guest knew the rate was higher for 10 people. Earlier this year we received an enquiry for 12 people from the same group which was never booked. We realize now this was the same group and that they switched accounts and requested a booking for only 2 people. Our security cameras captured the entire day. The other people never left and stayed the night. Worse of all, we were left with 7 filthy bedrooms, 6 used bathrooms, and many large garbage bags of trash to dispose of after 1 night with "only 2 people". So much for friends coming over for a BBQ. Do yourself a favor, stay clear of this guest.
