Sleeping six people in three bedrooms, this detached dormer bungalow is in the village of Allerthorpe, 2 miles from Pocklington.Old Orchard is a detached property in Allerthorpe, a village a couple of miles from Pocklington in the Vale or York. The property has two ground floor double bedrooms and a first floor twin room too. The bathroom is on the ground floor, along with the rest of the accommodation - a cloakroom with basin and WC, a kitchen, utility, dining room and sitting room. There is underfloor heating throughout. The exterior offers off road parking for three cars, a small rear garden and a front patio. Old Orchard makes a great base for family or friends to enjoy exploring Castle Howard, the city of York or the North York Moors National Park.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Pocklington is a small market town in the Vale of York. The town has a selection of shops and eateries, along with a civic centre showing films and a leisure centre for swimming and sport. Pocklington is close to many famous attractions including Castle Howard, Sledmere House, Burnby Hall Gardens and the city of York.
