Welcome for a great stay in our comfortable and sunny 120 sq m apartment located on Rakovski street right on the crossing with Dondukov Blvd - in the heart of Sofia city. Rakovski is one of the most popular and bustling Sofia streets where close by you will find numerous restaurants, bars & clubs, shops, theaters & galleries, F&B and drugstores, the National Opera and the famous Slaveykov open air book market.
The newly renovated apartment offers a spacious living area, modern style kitchen hosting 6 people, 2+1 bedrooms, small home office with 2 working desks, a bathroom and a toilet with an extra shower, 2 balconies and a laundry place.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa, cable TV and an elegant Bio fireplace for the moments of relaxation. If necessary this area can be separated into a private space and the sofa can be easily transformed into a cozy bed for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee and tea set, tableware.
Separate home office room with fully equipped work station for work nomads.
