Your family and friends will love you for booking this property. It has something for everyone. This home is beautifully situated in the City of La Quinta. The patio connects to a large grass landscaped park-like setting with a short walk to an inviting pool. One of the cool attributes of this upgraded and beautifully appointed home is each room has its own TV, including the patio as well as the playroom. Comfortable as well as entertaining, this place has what you are looking for to really enjoy your time in the desert.

Each of the three bedrooms comes with its own bathroom, its own TV, and one room has its own outside private entrance. The master bedroom has a Queen bed & the other two bedrooms both have Queens.

The living room is equipped with a top-end video and surround-sound system, including a DVR to record your favorite shows. Wi-Fi, of course!

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you will need for great meals and entertainment.

The adults and kids will have a great time in the game room playing ping pong and watching their favorite team or show at the same time. You can also just relax out on the patio and let the world problems slip away while sipping on your favorite drink.

If you are a golfer, then this will be Mecca! Over 120 golf courses are in and around the surrounding area.

Enjoy some of the many world-class events like the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic), played close by at PGA West, and held at the end of January. See some of the top golfers along with well-known celebrities and the host of the event, President Bill Clinton. Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest, and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy top ranked polo matches free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time. Stomping the divots, as you have seen in the movies, is great fun!

La Quinta has many Zagat Rated restaurants and bars, with live music and art festivals. And you are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo, (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), for both shopping, restaurants, and works of art.

Try one of many sightseeing desert excursions or enjoy a leisurely stroll or more strenuous hike/ bike in some of the most scenic mountain areas in the world. Joshua Tree National Park is just north of the valley. For a day or evening, excursion tries taking the famous Palm Springs Tram that takes you over 8000 ft. above the desert valley and walks through beautiful pine forest. Have lunch or dinner at the top or just take your own picnic.

This is truly a Vacationer’s Paradise and once you have experienced it you will want to come back again and again!
