Description
Villa Mandorle has a solar cover heated pool .with Spectacular location with breathtaking views .An ideal villa for a family holiday with amenities close at hand. The farmhouse is built in the traditional style with features such as barrel vaulted ceilings and stone flooring.
On entering the property you are immediately struck by its natural beauty with a spacious open plan lounge and dining/kitchen area. There arethree large matrimonial bedrooms,two with ensuite, and a further twin bedroom. A second bathroom offers the occupants a chance to take a deep bath in opulent surroundings.

The swimming pool is open from May to the end of September.
Guests are provided with a welcome hamper and are greeted by a local representative who will guide them to the property and also help them to settle in with local tips and ideas on how to best enjoy your holiday.
Many extra services can be provided on request at a local level. Such as a home chef, massages and other beauty treatments and guided bike rides. All details can be found in our Property Guide.
A refundable security deposit of €350 is required when making the balance payment of your booking to cover any damages. This will be refunded shortly after your holiday taking into account any damage costs.
Autumn / Winter months prices are exclusive of gas and electricity. This will be charged at the local rate and calculated by the local representative, taking the initial and closing readings.

The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen offers cooking facilties, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine with a dining table to amply seat 6. The lounge is comfortably furnished presenting an occasion to curl up with a good book, listen to some music or simply relax in front of the TV.
The bedrooms are stylishly furnished and decorated with wardrobes and drawer units. The singles' room is lightly furnished and perfect for small children.

The covered terraced area provides you with the spectacular views of the surrounding peaceful countryside whilst enjoying a well earned glass of wine or lingering over typical pugliese dishes.
The gazebo shares an equally panoramic view of the landscape whilst in the shadow of the poolside. The swimming pool is 10 x 5 metres with a shallow and deep end (1.7meters) sited on the slopes of the one hectare, 10,000 square meters of land populated by olive and fruit trees.
We were delighted to find different butterflies are attracted to the shrubs and flowers planted last spring.
A new changing room with a bathroom has been added near to the gazebo and pool.

“Peaceful Paradise!”
The views from this beautiful villa have to be seen to be believed! Very peaceful location only 25 minutes from the coast with many quaint towns to be explored in the surrounding area. The inside of the villa is lovely with high curved ceilings and with 3 bathrooms there were never any fights for the shower. The large pool was great for cooling off. We loved having dinner outside on the terrace in the evenings looking out onto the beautiful flowerbeds and fantastic view beyond. Will definitely be going back next year!

“beautiful villa with fantastic pool”
beautiful villa, fantastic pool, great welcome meeting, the villa comes with lots of info on where to go, eat, supermarkets etc. Only downside is no air conditioning and we went when very hot, although there are fans in the villa.
