Beautiful brand-new, sunny, sea view terrace apartment located on the 12th floor of one of Barcelona's newest and most emblematic buildings in Diagonal Mar. Enjoy wonderful views of the beach, sea and park from this stylish and modern luxury apartment. Every room overlooks the city/sea and connects to a private terrace (100m2) accessible throughout the whole apartment. Make the most of your visit to Barcelona in this exclusive and truly luxurious apartment! Spacious living room (30m2) with ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking the beach and the whole city of Barcelona with large sofa and dinning table. Sunny terrace (100m2) with tables for 12 and lounge chairs and outside sofa. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining table overlooking the sea . 3 Complete marble bathrooms. 5 Double bedrooms: one en-suite with large double bed, four with two individual beds that can be prepared as one large bed. Storage area (11m2) for bikes, suitcases, beach gear, etc. Large hall entrance. Swimming pool (for adults and for children) - Only open during Summer period . Paddle court with changing rooms, rackets are not provided. (Only available for long term rentals). Leisure recreation and play area for children. Security guard 24 hours a day. Car parking spaces (additional 10 eur/day).

How do damage deposits work?
