Description
This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom comfortable villa with modern appliances and tropical gardens to ensure a private and relaxing stay in the tranquil development of Atlantic Rising, located on the South East coast of the Caribbean island of Barbados. The villa is a short walk to the beautiful beach at Bottom Bay and is available for short, mid and long stays. The villa would be ideal for Welcome Stamp workers with strong broadband and a tranquil neighbourhood.
As you enter you will find a welcoming open lounge area, leading onto the spacious outdoor patio area overlooking the pool and garden, with a dining table & chairs, sofa seating, sun-lounger beds and an outdoor shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a SMEG electric oven/grill with an easy-clean ceramic hob, a modern fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom also has a ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom which is located between them.
There is a smart flat-screen TV that you can use to log in to your personal streaming service eg. Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, etc.
We have free superfast WiFi throughout the villa and the use of a telephone for free calls within Barbados - perfect for booking restaurants or day trips!
Electricity is expensive in Barbados - we include a generous allowance with your rental fee. Excess units used will be charged at Bajan Dollar 1.50 per unit used above the included units.
A car is strongly recommended in this beautiful, tranquil Parish of St Philip. We highly recommend the friendly professional service offered by Southern Rentals who kindly offer hideAway guests a 10% discount (please mention this when you contact them to book your car). Another popular car rental is Stoutes, based locally in St Philip.
The villa is ideally suited to couples who want somewhere to relax after a busy day enjoying the many sights and interesting places to visit during the day. Everything has been provided so you can just relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive at your villa in the sun. “Barbadis”
The Villa was very well appointed and comfortable. Bottom Bay and the beach is excellent. The area is ideal for sightseeing and Car is a must

“Very Good”
The villa is as described and very good. We had a wonderful stay here. Car hire is very useful and we explore the island fully which was great. The villa is very well appointed and has everything necessary to make for a comfortable stay. I would recommend booking and don’t forget to walk down to bottom bay, which is beautiful.

“Hideaway”
A mixed bag for our stay in this villa.... Upon arrival we realised the swimming pool is really more of a plunge pool and there was no sea view. The villa itself was nice and clean and presented well but unfortunately the dishwasher was not working and the fridge freezer leaked throughout the stay and no bbq as advertised. Also the tv had nothing on it despite being advertised with satellite tv , not even local channels so if you don’t have a Netflix account it will be redundant. I think the villa has potential but needs some TLC and perhaps some aircon in the main living room and general modernisation

We have not advertised a BBQ for some time now as it was broken by a previous guest - apologies that you weren't made aware of this before your arrival. The pool is small but bigger than plunge pool size, and I trust you and your family were able to jump in and splash around to cool off. The dishwasher has now been fixed (we were waiting for the part to be delivered from Germany) and since we were made aware of the leak, a new fridge/freezer has been ordered. The NetFlix is set-up with access to our account for all guests to enjoy. My property manager was not made aware that access had been lost, so my apologies for this. It has now been restored for all future guests to enjoy. It is always helpful to contact our property manager with any issues while you are at the villa as she can deal with them while you are in situ. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by these minor issues and I hope it didn't impede on the overall enjoyment of your holiday.

Unfortunately the aircon was left on a few days while you were out of the villa all day, hence the extra charge accrued. We definitely recommend car hire for at least a couple of days to drive around the island and see all that beautiful Barbados has to offer. Glad you did this and enjoyed your stay.
