Recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment located in the Mariscal area, near La Fosh where you will find many restaurants and nightclubs, it is also located near the best hotels in Quito such as JW Marriot, Swiss Hotel, Hilton, Holiday Inn and more.

THE SPACE

This apartment is situated on the 15th floor of one the most sought after high rise buildings in Quito called (El Multicentro), which features many stores such as travel agency, banks, boutiques, dry cleaners, cellular stores, hairdressers and most importantly a chain food supermarket located on the ground floor level (Supermaxi) where you can do your food shopping and have your groceries delivered to your apartment. The Multicentro building also offers 24 hr. doormen and the convenience of a laundromat service. Public transportation right outside the door.

This apartment offers a queen size bed, 2 flat screen tvs, a futton with a double sized mattress, wifi, cable tv, intercom system, linens, hair dryer, and a well equipped kitchen including toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc.

Ill have to say this was one of the best times weve had in Quito, mainly due to such a great place to stay., stayed and lived many times, but this apartment is comfortable, convenient and clean. the owners are very nice and personeable. thank you betty jaime f calderon

How do damage deposits work?
