The house is located in the center of Perast on the waterfront 5 meters from the sea, with two big terraces which afford magnificent view across Kotor bay. Flat is cleaned weekly and managed by owner. You will be met by the owner at a prearranged location and they will familiarize you with the accommodation.

The house was the part of defensive towers network .In Perast besides the fortress of St. Cross, there was a network of individual but separate towers, the “cardaks”, which were strategically positioned within the town in order to form a reliable system of defense. The last tower built in Perast, the tenth one, was erected in 1656 following the Turkish attack in 1654.

“It was really good”
Very nice house, fully equipped, a lot of space, great views from the terraces, especially from the front one. Perast is one of the most pleasant cities on the coast - really small, not too many people, quiet, and very pretty. The only problem for the families is really small beach, but this is easily decidable with a car - a lot of choices around. Without kids - you have your own place for bathing just in a couple of meters (really 2 or 3) from the house.
