Description

Labelled new architect House 4 star in June 2013 by the Gîtes de France.

130 m², space and light, comfort.

Quiet area, close to the beaches (0.6 km by footpath) and shops (200 m) the House has 2 terraces South and West. Enclosed grounds.

On the ground floor: we have large living room with fully equipped kitchen, living and dining as well as a library that will please both children and adults. A separate toilet.

The lounge is equipped with a sofa bed and a wood stove.

On the ground floor is also an independent room equipped with a bed (140 * 200) with a private bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The House also includes a back kitchen.

Next, another room includes a washing machine, a dryer, a Board and iron. This piece allows storing garden and barbecue equipment.

We also have a car port and a private parking (all for 2 cars).

Upstairs: it includes a bedroom equipped with 2 beds of 140 * 190 and 90 * 190.

A second room equipped with a bed 140 * 190.

On the first floor there is also a bathroom with shower and double washbasin and a separate toilet.

On the terraces we also have a garden furniture for 8 ppl and 2 sun loungers and a large parasol.

The kitchen includes: hood, dishwasher, hob, oven pyrolysis, fridge/freezer, microwave, Toaster, coffee machine, espresso, cooker, steamer, kettle, service raclette + any of the dishes, cutlery and dishes/pots/pans...

The House has a TV and Internet-phone IP and TV for the Orange TV decoder.

Optional: - sheets and towels can be hired (€ 30 per room) - cleaning (€80) the area is very quiet and the House is close to the sea.

Trébeurden is a very beautiful resort with its exposed beaches South and West, Marina and its many waterfront activities (swimming, fishing, hiking and biking, sailing,...).

Lannion, Perros-Guirec, Trégastel are very nearby towns with many attractions and also offering many tourist activities to complete your stay Trébeurden.

During the French school holidays (summer), the rental is done on 7 days minimum (1 week). During the small holiday and bridges the rental is done on 4 days minimum. Outside of these periods, the lease may be made on 2 days or a weekend.
