Villa Description:
The villa is a stunning 5 bedroom property with large private pool and beautiful panoramic views from the roof terrace.
Bedrooms: Three double bedrooms (en-suite with walk-in showers), two twin rooms (one en suite with spa bath and overhead shower, one en-suite with walk-in shower). All bedrooms can be configured as either double or twin rooms.
Description:
Villa Poseidon is a stunning property which is modern, bright and open. It is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is very well-equipped. The ground floor is open plan with a living and dining area and very stylish fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, a Quooker hot water tap and a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living area is comfortably furnished with a fabulous hanging wood burner, great for those winter stays. There are Bi-fold doors which open out to the spacious terrace and pool area bringing the outside in.
The first of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, this room as with all the bedrooms can be made up as twins or doubles as the beds are zippable. The ground floor bedroom is configured as a twin and is en-suite with spa bath and overhead shower. The patio doors open out to the terrace and pool. Downstairs on the lower ground floor there is a double and a twin room, both en-suite with walk-in showers, and a cinema room with HD projector, 4D surround sound, Xbox 360 and huge comfy bean bags. On the first floor there are two bright double bedrooms each with an en-suite with walk-in showers. Both rooms open out onto the upper terrace which offers great golf course views. From here there is a spiral staircase leading up to the roof relax lounge with stunning panoramic views inland and out along the coast. These terraces have glass front to keep you sheltered whilst being able to make the most of the views.
The rear garden is very spacious with plenty of spaces to relax. The terrace is comfortably furnished with sofas for relaxing, sunbeds and a great outdoor dining space with its own fridge, dishwasher and gas hob. You can enjoy the views of the lake on the 10th fairway of the golf course whilst taking a dip in the pool.
Please note: pool heating for this villa is recommended between October - May and costs an additional £150.00 per week.
