Description

You will have a very bright room, surrounded by natural daylight, with view on joy, spacious and comfortable, with a queen size bed 160 X 2 Mts. little sofa in your room to make your stay much more comfortable, a closet and storage located under the same bed, plus a modest desktop so you can work comfortably with your computer or just read in a quiet ambiance.

A bathroom and separate toilet are at your disposition right in front of your bedroom, you will have Shampoo and bath gel that you can use as convenient, this bathroom is reserved only for guests, since the family, we have our own toilet and bathroom.

Towels and linens provided

It is allowed the use of the kitchen for your meals, please feel free to ask, also there is available a guest refrigerator.

Continental breakfast is offered in self service every morning.

The location of this apartment is ideal for touring Geneva by walking, Visit the Motor-Show fear, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, department stores, Lake 15 minutes walking, the old town of Geneva just next to the lake and other attractions very accessible.

RULES:

Always I kindly ask for don´t disturb the neighbors, meaning that after 10 pm, we should not to speak too loud through skype or telephone. Or if you are coming back home from a dinner, work or leisure, late than this, please do it kindly specially with the lift.

Also, slippers are provided, so please use them to move all around the apartment, and put on or take off your shoes in the main door of the apartment, so like this we don´t disturb neighbors downfloor and also we don´t bring dirty to our home.

You are allowed to use the kitchen, respecting the rule, where all you use must be cleaned, dried and returned at its place, also please, dry of the countertop and sink.

Smoking is permitted on the terrace of the apartment if you wish. Not in the bedroom please.

Visitors are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed

We are close to those buses and destinations: Bus 11 direction of the Botanical Garden (this way you arrive at the main gate of the UN and the Botanical Garden) and also bring you to the other side to Bout du Monde, passing and stopping by the main door of Rolex complex, ideal for people who need to work or just have a look at these remarkable buildings and garden, architecture atypical as is usual in Geneva. Tram 18 brings you at CERN (last stop in 15 mins.) and Carouge (the Italian remark in Geneva, many authentic Italian restaurants, good wine bars and traditional Swiss fondue)

House rules

Do not disturb the neighbors : after 10pm, dont talk loudly through Internet or telephone. At night, dont disturb the other guest next bedroom, with doors special care because they are old and often make noise. Please bring your slippers and use them to move around the flat.

You are allowed to use the kitchen, respecting the rule that everything you use should be washed, dried and returned to it's place. Countertop and sink wiped. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the apartment ONLY.
