An impressive rustic-style, newly decorated, 300 m2 private villa on 1000 m2 of land and gardens boasting gorgeous views to the sea and the countryside.
Spread over three floors, it provides one double and two twin bedrooms sleeping six in total; two separate living, dining and kitchen areas; a relaxing snug area with open fireplace; a full size pool table and side bar and three terraces. The double bedroom is served by a family sized bathroom and its own private roof terrace; and the two twin bedrooms share a second family sized bathroom. The third bathroom and shower room serves both the recreation and pool areas.
The romantic roof top terrace offers fantastic views for sunset and sunrises; the cafe-style terrace is reminiscent of the old 'Lisboeta' cobbled street cafes; and the barbecue terrace invites you to socialize under the stars as well as offering a cool reprieve from the hot midday sun. Adjacent to the barbecue terrace are the steps leading down to a wonderful swimming pool area with inviting water and dressed with sun loungers and parasol for that extra relaxing feeling.
The various garden areas, distinguished by the palm trees, fruit trees, roses, bench-style seats, hammock and fish pond with blossoming water lilies provide different alternatives according to your mood.
Be in your own private paradise, but still very close to the locals' favourite beach of Foz do Lizandro, the charismatic towns of Ericeira and Mafra and several hypermarkets and a pharmacy. Sandwiched between two local town cafes and an equestrian centre, you won't miss the opportunity to be close to the famous Covento de Mafra and its nature reserve (Tapada de Mafra) or the bustling coastal town of Ericeira for the best seafood restaurants, bars, surf and nightlife.
