Villa "Petra" in Podstrana, is an ideal place for a vacation, located near some beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, sports facilities and even a small golf course. Near the house is a *hotel complex 'Le Meridien Lav' where guests have at their disposal all the facilities offered by hotels of the highest rank: wellness center, tennis courts, swimming pools, massage, gym, sauna, etc. *Please note that the use of hotel facilities is not included in price and it's fully optional.

Description of accommodation:

-The house consists of **two floors which are at guests disposal during their stay with over 150 square meter of space, 1 main terrace, 2 smaller terraces and 1 balcony. The private area around the house includes outdoor barbecue with garden table and chairs, small garden and patio with garden furniture, swimming pool area with private sundeck and sunbeds. Private parking lot is in front of the house. **Please note that ground floor of the house is used as an auxiliary space for maintenance and storage of supplies and it's not used by the guests.

-Total of three bedrooms: First floor has master bedroom with 1 king size bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. Second floor has one bedroom with 1 queen size double bed.

-Two living rooms with 2 sofas (each floor has one) which can be used as a spare double bed 140x200

-First floor kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven and utensils

-Second floor kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher (instead of oven) and utensils

-Two bathrooms with shower (one on each floor)

-Spacious terrace overlooking the sea with large table and 8 garden chairs

-Three balconies

-Plasma TV, LCD TV / Satellite TV

“Dis jointed”

We as a family have taken lots of self catering villa holidays over the years in several different within Europe. This was the first time as a family in Croatia . The accommodation was over 3 floors, the lower floor we understood was still being renovated. We had use of the 2nd and 3rd floor, there was only one kettle between the 2 floors, a dishwasher on the top floor the oven on the 2nd floor! No change of Bed Linen during the 11 nights, and the cot my youngest grandson slept in collapsed with him in it during the night. Luckily he didn't hurt himself. The pool and patio area are very small, definately no more than 4 people could comfortably sit there. The picture is very deceiving. I feel there is a lot of work required the bring this accommodation up to the standard of the cost of hiring it!! This is the most expensive villa/apartment we have ever hired, sadly the standard did not reflect the price,

“Great. Highly recommend”

Me and my partner went to this great apartment for 1 week stay. The couple who have it are really friendly and welcoming. We arrived late they were there to welcome U.S. and are friends with the restaurant which stayed open for us to dine. The apartment consists of two main living floors with enough for large family and private pool which gets the sun and is great to be in. The shop and beach are local. With bus services running into Split regular We shall return with kids 10/10
