Description
Once the oldest house on the north side of the Pleney mountain, Chalet Roc has undergone a total renovation bringing it from 1956 to the current day. The exterior has been described by architects as 'one of the most interesting buildings in Morzine' and the interior showcases ultra-modern clean design.
Chalet Roc invites you to curl up by the fireplace on our comfortable sofas. The open-plan living area provides the perfect setting for a party or après-ski drink. With the concertina doors fully opening from the lounge onto a large balcony. Once a week it is possible to see the Pleney fireworks or ski shows from here.
Chalet Roc is perfectly situated in central Morzine and is in easy walking distance to all Morzine restaurants, bars, cafés and nightclubs. It is also far enough from the inner-central of loud bars and clubs so you get a peaceful sleep.

7 days (Sunday 1600 to Sunday 1000 in winter) for up to ten people
All linen, bedding and towels, with beds made on arrival - two sets of towels and two pillows per person.
End of week total house clean
Luggage or Summer bike storage in the chalet cave, for early arriving or late departing guests. [In order to allow for cleaning, we cannot include interior house access between 10am to 4pm on changeover days.]
For young children: baby gate for stairs, box of toys and books, sets of child friendly dining utensils / plates / cups, baby-chair harness, toilet step, children films and two cots with water-proof mattress. (Unfortunately we cannot provide children's bed-sheets or linen at this time.)
Ski-in from Pleney Piste B: ski down to road and use zebra crossing to Chalet Roc
Ski-out not available: 5 min walk downhill to Pleney lifts or 2 min snow walk uphill and traverse to the Pleney lifts
Views of Montriond, Avoriaz, Nyon and Pleney Mountains with further views of the mountain range towards Lake Geneva
