Villa, 3 Bedrooms ,3.5 Baths, Sleeps 10+2*Optional 4th room and sleeper sofa.

Villa located in Burn Brae Plantation. We are conveniently located just five minutes from town in the first foothills. Resting just a short walk from the beach and wildlife. We offer a great refuge from the high pace of town with our 50 acres of well diversified property. Frequent sites are parrots and many other types of birds, large trees, wildlife of all types, and the occasional monkey.

The condo is approximately 2000 square feet with large patio. The master bedroom with one king sized bed* and a full attached bath with shower and double sink. Large walk in closet with safe.

Second Bedroom with 2 queen size beds* and a full attached bath with a large tub/shower and a single sink. Walk in closet.

Third bedroom with 1 queen size bed* and a full attached bath with shower and a single sink .

Optional 4th bedroom with 1 queen size bed* and a full bath with shower and a single sink.

*All beds are Sealy Posturepedic “Dulcina” Plush Euro Pillowtop mattresses with 600 to 1000 thread sheets.

Living room area with 47 inch LCD flat screen TV and DVD player/Xbox system. Mini Hi-fi Sony Stereo with CD and IPod docking station. Dining area with table and 6 chairs.

Fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dinnerware, dishwasher, microwave, flat top stove and oven, pots and pans, refrigerator, and toaster. All major appliances are Kenmore Elite.

Other amenities include stacked full size washer/dryer, large balcony on the upper levels and a patio on 1st floor. Full house water filtration system with UV filtration. Air conditioning in every room for individual temperature control, wireless internet access, smoke alarms.

NON SMOKING HOUSE.

Please note the rental is one of two homes in this three story building. This listing is for the second floor and the private room(s) on first floor.

Transportation rentals can be arranged by owner. Either 4-wheeler, golf cart, or a Jeep are easily obtainable on this Island if reserved in advance.

SMALL pets allowed. Please have all flee and tick meds up to date before check-in.

Waterslide and pool should be finished by January 2015. Possible completion date by October 2014. Please ask before booking if this is a major decision maker for the rental.

You do have an option to put down a $500 refundable deposit instead of paying for insurance.

Getting around

We have golf cart for rent. $60 a day for one or $100 for two! If not, Bocas has a lot of taxis and are easy to get in street in front of property unless it is a holiday or raining...then best to have a few taxi numbers provided by us to renters.

He lied to us that the beach is 1500 ft from house. No pool and the water slide is back yard where everyone can use for $120 for 90 min.There goes your privacy.He was very rude to us.

Response from the owner This person never contacted us, we fell this is a local competitor or a confused renter. We are over the top with service and very friendly all the time. As you can see all the 5 star reviews. Are are 1500 from Sand Dollar Beach and our slide it for rent but never when we have renters. Completely private when rented. Pool is available for free but slide pump requires an operator and preparation to run so we charge extra for this. Ask for free slide time (with longer rents) when negotiating your stay.
