Enjoy one of the most coveted views on Six Mile Lake in Muskoka from this very private estate sized property with over 350' of gentle windswept granite shoreline. The property features expansive Westerly views, with kid safe coves, weed free crystal clear waters for superb swimming, a huge boat dock/deck for your toys for entertaining and easy road access minutes from restaurants, marinas, Whites Falls swimming hole, Big Chute marine railway, Severn Lodge restaurant, attractions and ATV Trails. From the recently updated cottage, your family will admire the stunning expansive views and peace this unique location brings. Also featured and for the kids, a 300 square foot party cabin with a vending and gaming machine, and a sauna. From this location on the water side, you have two provincial sand beach parks, a scenic waterfall swimming area, two full service marinas and over 100 miles of stunning shoreline to explore and numerous island dotted areas.

The cottage is nicely appointed with LCD TV, Stereo, a small DVD Library, Washer & Dryer, and of course standard amenities such as complete kitchen supplies, life jackets for adults, youth and kids, water skiis, 16' Canoe & Paddle Boat. Please ask if there is something specific you would like as we may have inventory at other rentals. Also available is a late model 15' Princecraft fishing boat with a 9.9HP Outboard. We strive to communicate effectively at all times prior to and during your stay. Available at times on the lake itself, we will visit at your request or simply drop in to say hello and see how your time is being enjoyed. After your booking is paid in full, we will send via email a comprehensive welcome package detailing everything from directions and access to use of amenities. We have kids! If you do, there's always a chance we can do some skiing or tubing together!

Response from the owner Unfortunate response by this reviewer whom was not booked at our property. Although related to the guest who did book, this only negative review in our feedback profile requires a brief response. This was the only booking we ever has to enforce the damage deposit, subsequent to check-out. The property was left a mess and these people seem to have their own ideals and agenda. We were gracious, helpful in the booking process and as hosts, we supportive of any concern, but never heard any until we enforced our right to the damage waiver. Many things written in this review are'nt even included in the listing as presented. Clearly, adversarial in nature and not comprehensive of the intrinsic nuances of a true cottage experience.
