PEREGRINE BARN -Traditional Norfolk Brick and Flint luxury Barn Conversion awarded 5 star gold by visit England. Our barns are an easy 10 minute walk down a quiet country lane to a beautiful safe sandy beach,Fish and chip shop,pubs and shop. Peregrine barn is completely on one level with a wet room with hand rail and shower stool if required.

Lots of original beams,exposed red brick and flint walls, Very warm and welcoming.Lounge with premium leather sofas, smart TV with Netflix and Disney plus, sonos surround sound and Xbox series S. Fully equipped Kitchen with Washer-Dryer, Dishwasher,Freezer and large family size Fridge. Dulce gusto coffee machine with selection of pods to get you started.

Master Bedroom with King-size bed, 1 Double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. All Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included (except cot linen). Main bath room free standing bath with shower enclosure - also a separate wet room. Cots and High Chairs, Bed guards available. Free of charge. Private garden with furniture, BBQ and Hot Tub.

Prices are inclusive. Only extra is £30 per break per dog. You can bring 1 well behaved dog, we ask that you keep them off of the furniture and not allow them into the bedrooms or bathrooms please. They are not allowed to be left alone in the property and are to be exercised off of the property please. Dogs must be kept under control at all times, remember we are in the countryside and some live stock is in the surrounding countryside. Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times.

Shingled car parking - up to 3 cars, level access on to a level decked entrance leading up to the front door. Gated front and rear gardens. French doors from the living area leading to level deck to your own private garden, with an all year round private Hot Tub and BBQ (from the car park to Hot Tub all one level) . The garden has rear pedestrian securable gate rear entrance. All outside areas are easy access and well lit. Bins and the reclaim area are located outside the rear garden. There is another exit from here to the country lane. Only a short walk to miles of safe sandy beaches.The view from the rear garden is across opened fields to the remains of Bromholm Priory which is also sometimes known as Bacton Abbey. Fresh seasonable vegetables, free range eggs and Rookery Barn honey are available from a stand just inside of the front garden gate.

We live on-site and will be here to meet and greet you on arrival. Nicola will take you through your barn to familiarise you & answer your questions We provide a welcome basket, including starters of tea, coffee, bread, scones, biscuits etc. The Hot Tub is locked on arrival, we will provide you with instructions on how to use the Hot Tubs safely. These will only be unlocked after we have run through these with you. You will be supplied with the dog terms to agree we charge £30 for your dog payable on arrival. We will allow Day Visitors at our discretion, a DAY VISITORS DETAIL FORM will be sent for completion. Visitors are not insured to use the barn's facilities, especially including the Hot Tub.

House rules

We require a £100 refundable cash security/damage deposit. Our change over days are Fridays & Mondays, low season we can be flexible. We are a family complex and don't allow parties or stag groups. Nonfamily groups under 35 years old could be subject to a £50 cash security deposit on arrival, per guest. Loud music is not allowed outside in the private garden. We only allow 1 dog over 12 months old per booking, there is a £30 charge for this payable on arrival.
