Casa Benisi is a front line comfortable and spacious apartment on the 5th floor facing directly South over the sea towards Port Adriano and El Toro. The property has been extensively refurbished and is now one of the larger ones in the block. El Toro is about 5 kms east of Santa Ponca on the Old Coast Road. The apartment has a large air conditioned lounge with 2 comfortable sofas opening onto a big balcony with a table and 4 lounger chairs. There are sunawnings and this is the ideal spot to sip those final sun downers, watch the activity in the marina and generally relax and enjoy the view. A 42 in flatscreen TV with most UK and many different European Language channels plus a "Blueray" player and a stereo with CD is also provided. Unlimited Wireless Internet Access is available at an additional cost of £10.00 / 12€ per week. Please enquire for full details. The main bedroom has sliding doors also opening on to the balcony, it is bright, airy and comfortable. The second bedroom which is also a good size is at the rear of the flat. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.The well equipped large kitchen has a dining area and comes with all the normal facilities and appliances. The large bathroom is beautifully equipped and the whole flat gives you an air of comfortable and pleasant living. There are several lifts serving all floors.

The master bedroom is large with marble floors and sliding doors opening on to the main balcony. It has a large mirrored wardrobe unit offering plenty of storage space. The second large bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and other items of furniture. It is situated by the entrance to the flat giving it its own privacy and ideal for children. Sometimes a folding bed is available for a fifth person. Please ask if this is required but note there is an additional charge of £48.00 per week for this bed.

The grounds of the apartment block back onto the old main road linking Santa Ponca and Magaluf. It is served by a regular bus service which stops right in front of the block. The beach at El Toro is less than 2 minutes level walk away from the sea level entrance to the building. The nearby village of El Toro ( 5 mins level walk) has an excellent bakery, a selection of useful shops, banks, bars, and a supermarket. The recently rebuilt marina of Port Adriano is a boat lovers paradise and has many delightful restaurants, bars and shops plus a new 5* Hotel. Again it is only a 5 minute level walk from the sea level entrance to the apartment building. The village is peaceful and quiet but the busy towns of Santa Ponca and Magaluf are only a few minutes away by car or bus.

PLEASE NOTE:- The sea water swimming pool in front of the block belongs to the restaurant complex and includes a sun bathing area complete with sun loungers and parasols. The restaurant at their discretion may make a charge for the use of their facilities. However at this moment in time there are some technical issues with the pool and this sunbathing area so it is not open. Whether these issues can be rectified in time for the 2024 season is unknown but at the moment it is closed. ***********************************

“Beautiful apartment, superb view from the balcony!”

This was our second year at Casa Benisi, and it was just as wonderful, if not better! The apartment is superb, you'll want for nothing, and the view from the balcony is something else!!!! After a very busy year we spent most of our holiday relaxing on the south facing balcony, watching the boats come and go, there's always something to see. We also spent two very relaxing days on the lovely little beach nearby, with the aid of a couple of very comfortable beach chairs, and two parasols (courtesy of the apartment...perfect) If you prefer to be a little more adventurous, there are bus stops outside the apartment block, going either way to varying other resorts, for as little as a couple of Euros. There is a Spar, Bakery, Butchers, Newsagents and bars & restaurants just a short walk away. We got to meet Peter, the owner, who was charming, friendly and very helpful. Thanks again for another wonderful stay at Casa Benisi, and although we are unable to visit in 2019, we hope to come back again very soon. X

Response from the owner We are always pleased when our guests advise us of any problems that they might have experienced whilst staying at out apartment as it enables us to deal with the issues promptly as in this case. One small point to mention is that if our guests take the lift down to the ground floor which is at sea level then it is a totally flat 5 minute stroll into the port.
