Description
The house is located in Laurito - between Positano and Praiano, along the panoramic road that cross the Amalfi Coast - 3 km from the beginning of the centre of Positano
100 meters from the house you will find a path that leads down to the beach of Laurito (around 500 steps). The house has been furnished with taste and has all modern conveniences such as: air-conditioning, washing-machine, oven, TV (no dishwasher).
Large terrace well-furnished with deck-chairs, table for dining outside, barbecue.
The house has 2 bedrooms.
The main one with a large bed (it's an orthopedic mattress, so it's not soft), and the other one is small, with 2 single beds (in this room there is no air conditionning because has a little windows not facing the sun, so it's fresh).
The access to the house is from the terrace, through an iron staircase (you can see the pics).
The house is located in the vegetation, with all the peculiarities of the Nature.
There is a parking space inside the property.
The descent is a bit steep, but with a small car it's easy to park
I would like to point out that whoever chooses my accommodation is because it is in a quiet position, a bit distant from the center, but away from the chaos. Ideal for those looking for relax. The house is immersed in the vegetation, so it is good to know that nature also includes insects. The house is equipped with mosquito nets.
If you come in very high season, it's normal that you'll find a lot of people, and Positano is very small, so it could be crowded.

Response from the owner Gentile Marcello, la ringrazio per la Sua recensione. Le critiche, come i consigli, finchè costruttivi, sono sempre ben accetti, per migliorare e crescere professionalmente. Mi dispiace solamente che abbia dovuto restare sveglio in quelle lenzuola ruvide ed infocanti, quando ne aveva un cambio proprio lì a disposizione, oppure, con una semplice telefonata, avrei potuto sostituirle io stessa in pochi minuti. Provvederò a sostituire il materasso deformato, grazie per avermelo segnalato. La scala antincendio non l'abbiamo, quella è semplicemente una scala in ferro battuto, che collega il terrazzo di copertura con la casa. Per il resto la casa rispecchia esattamente le foto pubblicate, pertanto chi la sceglie sa cosa prenota. Nel ringraziarla ancora una volta per essere stato nostro gradito ospite (l'ho fatto anche via messaggio telefonico alla Sua partenza, al quale, ahimè non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta), colgo nuovamente l'occasione per inviarle cari saluti. “Breathtaking view”
