The Barns at Blo Norton offer flexible accommodation sleeping 8 in Virgina Barn or 2- 6 in Duleep Singh Barn . They are available all year round as a separate or joint rental with Blo Norton Hall sleeping 16. Details of Duleep Singh Barn and Blo Norton are found separately on this website.

Beautifully restored and luxuriously equipped barn on the grounds of Blo Norton Hall, an exquisite Elizabethan (Tudor) moated Manor in the heart of Norfolk.

Getting around is mainly by car but main trains to Diss and Thetford are close by and a good taxi service from the main town of Diss.

Interaction with guest

Our properties are not hosted, but do not worry, we have staff on hand should you need them and we are available 6 days a week from 8.30am - 9pm and in cases of emergency outside these hours. Keys will be found in the key safe found next to your property, key codes are supplied with the arrival details when the balance is paid or 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Information about the property is found on the side board with contact details and WIFI info etc.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review, we always like to hear what our guests say and how to make improvements, it is disappointing to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately we can not stop flies and wasps coming into the property, you are right next to a field with cows and wildlife and we have no control apart from putting up the fly zapper, supplying fly spray which is available for all our guests and sticky tapes as well as outside industrial fly/wasp catchers. In the country their is bugs and during very hot weather more than normal. Dogs are meant to be on the lead at all times around the estate as this is a working farm with livestock and young children. There were in the canisters, Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk, dishwash tablets, toilet rolls and cleaning cloths and towels all provided, my staff have a checklist and take photos of every before and after arrival / departure. Please, if you are going to write a review be honest, we like feedback but you need to be truthful and honest. We also appreciate guests who adhere to our terms and clean up after themselves and the state the property was left, we too were very disappointed as it shows a total lack of respect for those having to clean up after you.

How do damage deposits work?

If Peachtree (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
