Situated right in the centre of "La Falaise", the most popular quarter of Avoriaz, Apartment Dahu is a luxury self contained aparment on the 2nd floor with direct lift access to ground level. Situated in Avoriaz at the centre of the Portes du Soleil, the World's largest international linked ski area with over 200 lifts and 650km of pistes, Aparment Chamois is truly ski-in / ski-out.

All the facilities of the fun-filled village of Avoriaz are right at hand including cafes, restaurants, ski schools, sledging, shops and supermarkets. At 29 square metres with 1 bedroom,1 bath/shower room, this luxury aparment is comfortable for 2 -4 people and offers many home comforts not typically found in self-catering accommodation in France.

“Great Apartment”

Stayed here for a great weeks skiing in February ski in and ski out very convenient. The apartment was excellent with boot warmers free WiFi and TV. Highly recommended!

In particular, thank you for your comments on the ESF Ski School for children. We have believed for some time that they offer the same high standards, both of English and teaching, as the Village des Enfants and they have many more instructors available. I'm very sorry that we didn't mention that the oven is a multi-oven with microwave and conventional cooking and we will debrief the team regarding this point. “Excellent”

This was our first family ski holiday and we found the apartment and resort absolutely superb. Avoriaz is a beautiful purpose built resort and is very family friendly as it is traffic free and you can ski to and from the front door of the apartment. The accommodation was perfect for us. It is the smallest apartment provided by Avoriaz chalets but it had a cosy feel to it and it was a great opportunity to spend quality time with our kids (aged 7 and 9). We took lessons morning and afternoon with ESF which is about a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment or, once you are confident skiing, you can ski directly from the apartment down a green slope to the Proclou lift which brings you back up to the ESF meeting point. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay although it is worth noting there is a mid-week clean for which you have to pay an extra 90 euros on arrival. Phil and Nikki were fantastic quickly answering any questions we had before arriving and Phil was there do meet us on arrival and show us to the apartment which is only 5 minutes from reception. Overall we can't praise the place enough and are looking forward to returning next year!

The owners have carried out a complete refurbishment of every aspect of the property and have taken it to an excellent level. It is the only one bedroom property offerred by Avoriaz Chalets and we would recommend one of the larger properties for those looking for more space. For a couple or a small family Dahu is ideal and cost-effective. We do hope to welcome you back to Avoriaz.

How do damage deposits work?
